How can I see other household members' accounts?

The Zoe Wealth Platform allows you to see investment accounts of other members of your household enabling you to have a holistic view of your household's financial picture. This feature is not turned on by default and is something you must opt into.

How to Enable Household Members to View Your Accounts

  1. Click "Settings" in the lower left corner

  2. Click the "Household" tab at the top of your screen

  3. Underneath the members in your household, you should see text that says "Household members have authorization to see my managed investment accounts" and a toggle that by default is disabled. You will click the toggle.

  4. A pop up window will appear confirming you authorize all household members to view your accounts. Select "Authorize"

Your advisor can also set this up on your behalf.

Please note: All members must enable access to begin viewing one another's accounts. The household account views cannot be one directional. At this time, enabling household members to view your accounts, grants all members of a household viewing access. You cannot exclude certain members from viewing your accounts.
