How do I access my account documents?

Viewing tax documents, monthly account statements & trade confirmations are all important pieces for understanding your investment accounts! Please see below for how to access these documents & how to run performance reports.

Tax Documents, Statements, Trade Confirmations:

  1. Under the "Dashboard" view, click on the account you'd like to review documents for.

  2. Next, click on 'Documents' on the right side of the screen

  3. Tax documents will be grouped together with your statements and trade confirmations. 1099’s will be titled “Tax Form.”

*Please note: 1099’s will not be generated from retirement accounts if you did not take any distributions.

* Please note: if there was no account activity in the prior month, a statement will not be generated.
