How do I set up a recurring withdrawal?

  1. Log into app.zoefin.com.

  2. Click "Transfer Funds" in the upper right hand corner.

  3. Select "Cash Withdrawal".

  4. In the "From" section, select the Zoe account to withdraw funds from

  5. In the "To" section, select the bank account the funds will go into.

    • If you haven't previously linked a bank account, select "Add Account".

    • If you're adding a new bank account account, instructions on how to do so can be found here.

  6. Input your withdrawal information and click continue.

    • For all account types you'll need to indicate the amount of the withdrawal, the frequency of the withdrawal, and the start date.

    • For IRA accounts, you'll need to indicate the ‘Distribution Type’ and any tax withholding information.

  7. Review and approve the transfer.

  8. Once submitted, the scheduled withdrawal can be viewed in the ‘Upcoming Transfers’ tab within your account.
