Recurring cash deposits are a great way to consistently contribute to your account without having to manually initiate every transaction. Occasionally you'll need to make adjustments to the amount and frequency. Luckily it's very easy to do this in the Zoe Wealth Platform!
How to Edit a Recurring Cash Deposit/Withdrawal:
Log into app.zoefin.com
Click "Account Activity" on the left hand side
You can also click into the specific account.
Click the "Upcoming Transfers" ribbon at the top of your screen
Click the three dots to the right of the specific transfer you would like to adjust
Click "Edit"
On the next screen, change the amount, deposit date, and/or frequency for this transfer
Select the start date for the next transfer to occur
Click "Save Changes" in the right hand corner
Your advisor can also edit a recurring transfer on your behalf.
