Adding New Clients for Your Team

  1. Select the "Add New Client" button on the bottom of the left menu.

  2. Select the primary advisor for the client.

    • Note: if you are not part of an advisory team, this step will be skipped.

  3. Select if the client is part of a New or Existing Household.

    • Adding a Client to an Existing Household

      • If a member of the client’s household has already been added, search and select their name.

  4. Input the new client’s information - first name, last name, email, and phone number.

  5. Confirm and save the client’s information.

After saving, you will automatically be directed to the client’s ‘Household’ page to continue adding household members or to start opening accounts.
