Tax Documents, Statements, Trade Confirmations:
Login to app.zoefin.com
Click the “Client” tab on the left hand side
Either in the global search bar in the upper right hand corner or in the Client Name search bar in the upper left hand corner, search for the client. You can also search by account number.
Click the account you'd like to review documents for.
Click the account number specifically. Clicking on the client's name will take you to the client's page.
Next, click on 'Documents' on the right side of the screen
Tax documents will be grouped together with your statements and trade confirmations. 1099’s will be titled “Tax Form.” If you don’t see a tax document listed, it means there were no reportable taxable events in the account for that tax year, and a 1099 was not generated.
Performance Reports:
Log into app.zoefin.com
Click the “Accounts” tab on the left hand side
Either in the global search bar in the upper right hand corner or in the Client Name search bar in the upper left hand corner, search for the client you would like to generate a performance report for
Click the three dots on the right hand side
Click "Generate Performance Report"
Select either the entire household or which accounts within the household you would like to create a performance report for.
Select the report period & any sub-reports you would like to run
Click "Generate" on the bottom right corner
Wait a few moments. The report will pop up for download on your dashboard.
