The Zoe mobile app allows your clients to stay connected to their investment accounts wherever they are. It’s designed to provide real-time insights and self-service access, making it easy for clients to stay engaged with their portfolios.


What Your Clients Can Do with the App

  • View account balance and performance: clients can monitor the growth of their investments with real-time balance and performance data.

  • See current holdings: they can view a detailed breakdown of the securities held in their accounts, including asset allocation.

  • Track deposits, withdrawals, and transfers: clients can check the status of ongoing transactions and review their full activity history.

  • Access intra-day balance updates: balances are refreshed throughout the day, offering clients an up-to-date view of their finances.

How Clients Get Started
Once a client has opened their account through the platform on their browser:

  1. They can download the Zoe app from the App Store

  2. Log in using their existing Zoe credentials to access their dashboard

Please Note:Clients must initiate new transfers from the desktop platform. They can visit app.zoefin.com/login to start a new transaction.
