How to Initiate Cash Deposits for Your Client

  1. Search for the client or account you would like to create a deposit for. This can be done in the "Clients" section of your Dashboard.

  2. From the account or client page view, click "Transfer Funds" in the upper right hand corner

  3. Click "Transfer Funds" in the upper right hand corner

  4. Click "Cash Deposit"

  5. Select "ACH (Instant Transfer)"

  6. In the "To", select the intended receiving investment account

  7. In the "From," select the intended delivering bank account

  8. Input the corresponding deposit information, click next

    • If this is an IRA, you will need to select the contribution type

    • If you would like to set up recurring deposits for your client, you will indicate the frequency and starting date at this screen

  9. Review and submit the deposit

Please Note: An ACH relationship must be established already or the client must have previously connected a bank account to the platform via our “Connect Accounts” process for you to be able to initiate a deposit.
