Submitting a Roth Conversion for Your Client

  1. Login to app.zoefin.com

  2. Select the client you would like to initiate an internal transfer for.

  3. Click "Transfer Funds" in the upper right hand corner.

  4. Select “I Want to Make a Roth Conversion” (underneath “Cash Withdrawal” option)

  5. Ensure pre-populated “From” and “To” accounts are correct

  6. Enter in amount to be converted

    • If entered amount is greater than amount that is available to transfer, a liquidation request will be generated upon submitting the conversion if a model is assigned

    • If entered amount is greater than amount that is available to transfer and there is no model assigned, the transaction will not go through

  7. Add any tax withholding information if needed, click “Next”

  8. Review the transfer and submit.

    • Note: Internal transfers submitted by advisors do NOT require client approval
